According to multiple reports, Vijay Deverakonda did not charge any fee for his cameo appearance as Arjuna in the blockbuster film Kalki 2898 AD. The actor, who is known for his roles in films like Arjun Reddy, reportedly completed the short cameo for free.
Deverakonda’s cameo in the sci-fi epic, which stars Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Vijay Deverakonda, Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan, has been praised by fans. The actor himself reviewed the film on social media, saying he was “overwhelmed” and hoped it would make over 1000 crores at the box office.

Interestingly, it has been reported that Deverakonda may have a bigger role in the upcoming sequel to Kalki 2898 AD, with the character appearing in crucial flashback scenes. The sequel is already in production, with 60% of the filming completed.
