In his monthly radio address ‘Mann Ki Baat’, Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged the nation to support and cheer for the Indian athletes participating in the Paris Olympics 2024. He emphasized that the Olympics provide an opportunity for Indian athletes to represent the country on the world stage and make the nation proud.
PM Modi also asked citizens to resume the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign, which involves hoisting the Indian flag at homes, to show support for the Indian contingent. He mentioned that he has been receiving many inputs from young people highlighting collective efforts to transform society.

During the 112th episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’, PM Modi also spoke about Charaideo Maidam in Assam being recently included as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which he believes will attract more tourism to the region. He requested citizens to include this site in their future travel plans.
