Kamal Haasan’s film Indian 2 made Rs 16.7 crore on its second day at the box office. The film saw a dip in business from the Tamil and Telugu markets, while the collection from the Hindi version remained steady.
On the first day, Indian 2 had earned Rs 25.6 crore, with Rs 16.5 crore coming from the Tamil market, Rs 7.9 crore from Telugu, and Rs 1.2 crore from Hindi. However, on the second day, the Tamil and Telugu earnings dropped to Rs 13 crore and Rs 2.5 crore respectively, while the Hindi collection remained at Rs 1.2 crore.

In total, Indian 2 has grossed Rs 42.3 crore in India after two days, with Rs 29.5 crore from Tamil, Rs 10.4 crore from Telugu, and Rs 2.4 crore from Hindi. The film is a sequel to Shankar’s 1996 classic Indian, with Kamal Haasan reprising his role as the anti-corruption vigilante Senapathy.
