“It’s (my retirement) is long way away. I have just started. Hopefully it’s far away now,” said Bumrah during the celebrations. Bumrah’s statement came after the retirements of senior players like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and Ravindra Jadeja from the T20I format following the World Cup final victory over South Africa. However, the ace fast bowler, who has become one of the greatest pacers in the world since his debut in 2016, is not ready to join them in retirement anytime soon.
